    People Seats are the available student profiles that can be used in each package.

  • I purchased a subscription plan. What's next?

    In 2-3 business days, after purchasing a subscription plan you will receive an email with instructions for enrolling your staff.

  • Can I reuse people seats if someone leaves?

    People Seats are not transferable and cannot be reused. However, if someone is no longer part of your corporation, please send us an email and request to have the record of the student deleted. Contact Support at [email protected]

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • What are the terms of any Subscription Plan?

    Subscription plan agreements are for a term of one (1) year and are billed monthly at the subscription plan rate at the time of purchase.

  • Can I upgrade my subscription plan, if I need more people seats?

    Yes, you can add more people seats to your subscription at any time. Just contact us at [email protected]

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Subscriber may cancel subscriptions at any time but will remain obligated to make the monthly payments until the completion of the twelve-month initial term, at which time the cancellation will become effective. 30 days advance written notice is required.
